Blended Learning tracks:

The Blended Learning track is a process that takes as long as the candidate requires, fulfilling his development needs. This track includes the initial evaluation-testing set; these results will give us the detail required for the track design for the track.

The track includes mentoring, e-learning, workshops, instructor led training, on the job training and eventual handover, and constant assessments to confirm that the candidate is indeed retaining the knowledge that he is being given and able to use the knowledge in a practical environment.

Instructor led training:

This is a classroom environment with virtual labs specialising in the specific products that the candidate requires to fulfil his daily function. These courses span from 1-5 days in the classroom with a certified instructor.

Workshops:

Workshops are offered for best practices in the customers’ environment. These workshops are normally custom designed and specific to the candidate’s infrastructure.

Customised workshops can also be designed for other requirements not specific to IT.

E-Learning:

E-Learning is a Computer Based Training program to allow the candidates to work at their own pace. This can also be delivered in a classroom environment with a certified instructor to assist when necessary.

Custom designed training:

Training can be customised for customers’ requirements. This training will be designed and delivered by the Puleng instructors and kept private and confidential.
