Our approach to overcoming the high-end IT skills shortage confronting industry today and preparing a talent pipeline of the next generation, Puleng has two programs to develop the specialised and scarce skills needed in the IT industry.
At Puleng, we believe strongly in upholding the three pillars of long term sustainability; planet, people and profit. In our commitment to minimise our environmental impact Puleng has carried out annual greenhouse gas audits since 2009. Following the guidelines of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, the audits cover mandatory scope 1 and scope 2 emissions from mobile fuel use, stationary fuel use and electricity. Due to the nature of our operations, we voluntarily measure selected scope 3 emissions that are material and representative of our business activities.
